Shipping choices: Shipping is available for those in the USA for a minimal fee of $12: Fedex or $9: USPS, expressed shipping is $29.32, Miami dade drop off fee is $5, Broward drop off fee is $7, and location pick up is available and free of charge: location will be disclosed after payment is accepted.
Processing and receiving: Hair supplied by me and ordered directly online will be processed between 1-4 business days and then you should receive your order in the next 2-7 business days.
There may be delays in shipment due to COVID-19, extreme weather conditions, holidays, and catastrophe (such as COVID-19, hurricanes, etc.
Once items are shipped, the carrier involved (Fedex) is in possession it is beyond my control and there is absolutely nothing I can do. There is insurance covered onto the packages up to $50.
